It has been noted that the patients declared COVID-19 positive are being forcefully shifted either to Hospitals or Field Isolation Centers. Therefore, looking into inconvenience of the patients and their relatives, the following advisory is hereby issued to be observed by Health Care Providers and law Enforcement Agencies:

1. Every COVID-19 positive case shall be at his / her liberty to be Isolated either at Home or Isolation Centre.
2. None shall be forcefully shifted to Isolation Center, If proper space Is available in his / her residence and the patient or the family members agree to his /her Home Isolation
3. COVID-19 positive patient is bound to strictly observe the SOPs narrated / explained by the Health Care Providers for Home Isolation. In case of any violation that exposes community to the infection, then the patient shall be shifted to Isolation Centre.

یہ نوٹ کیا گیا ہے کہ COVID-19 مثبت قرار دیئے جانے والے مریضوں کو زبردستی یا تو اسپتالوں یا فیلڈ تنہائی مراکز میں منتقل کیا جارہا ہے۔ لہذا ، مریضوں اور ان کے لواحقین کی تکلیف کو دیکھتے ہوئے ، مندرجہ ذیل ایڈوائزری ہیلتھ کیئر پرووائڈرز اور لاء انفورسمنٹ ایجنسیوں کے ذریعہ جاری کی گئی ہے۔

میں. ہر COVID-19 مثبت کیس گھر یا الگ تھلگ مرکز میں الگ تھلگ ہونے کی آزادانہ آزادی پر ہوگا۔ ii. کسی کو بھی زبردستی الگ تھلگ مرکز میں منتقل نہیں کیا جائے گا ، اگر اس کی رہائش گاہ میں مناسب جگہ دستیاب ہو اور مریض یا کنبہ کے افراد اس سے اس کے گھر سے الگ تھلگ ہونے پر راضی ہوں iii۔ CoVID-19 مثبت مریض صحت کی دیکھ بھال فراہم کرنے والے برائے داخلہ تنہائی کے ذریعہ بیان کردہ / بیان کردہ SOPs کی سختی سے پابندی کا پابند ہے۔ کسی بھی خلاف ورزی کی صورت میں جس سے معاشرے کو انفیکشن کا سامنا ہوتا ہے ، تب مریض کو الگ تھلگ مرکز میں منتقل کردیا جائے گا۔
