Fulbright is the flagship scholarship program of the U.S. Department of State. Similarly The Fulbright, HEC Ph.D. Scholarship funded by the Government of Pakistan and managed by the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) under Fulbright policies and regulations. Consequently, The Fulbright scholarship funds graduate study in the United States for a Master’s or Ph.D. degree, Including tuition, required textbook, airfare, a living stipend, and health insurance. USEFP also assists with the visa process. Furthermore, Pakistani Fulbrighters are studying at universities all over the United States.

Eligibility Fulbright Scholarship
Pakistani citizens with strong academic histories, residing in Pakistan and committed to returning and serving Pakistan are welcome to apply.
All disciplines are eligible except clinical medicine. Applicants studying energy, water, agriculture, public health, Education Social sciences, Journalism and mass communication, arts and culture management including heritage gain conservation and museum studies, urban and regional planning, environmental science/studies, security/peace studies, and data science disciplines strongly encouraged to apply.
Eligible Master’s applicants will have a four-year Bachelor’s or a Bachelor’s and Master’s combination (l6 years of formal education) and Ph.D. applicants will have a Master’s, M.Phil, or a comparable degree (18 years of formal education) from an accredited university.
Similarly, The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) required for all applicants.
Hence Applicants should prepare to complete grants without accompanying dependents If need be.
The Test of English as a Foreign language (TOEFL) will require from all the selected candidates.
Plagiarism is an application that will lead to disqualification at any stage of the program.
