Medical Treatment Facilities for Retired Government Servants | Government of the Punjab Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department | June 24, 2019
I am directed to refer the subject noted above and to state that the office of Hon’able Minister for Health, Punjab, has received complaints regarding difficulties faced by the retired Government servants in getting their medical treatment at public sector hospitals in Punjab. The Competent Authority has shown a serious concern and has directed to facilitate all the retired Government servants either gazetted or non-gazetted, at the public sector hospitals for getting medical treatment of their ailments.
- I am further directed to request that all the retired government servants who had served the country with zeal and zest, may be provided medical treatment facilities on a top priority basis. Furthermore, these retired Government servants may be provided free of cost medicines available from hospital pharmacies as per their entitlement. In case of any complaint / non-compliance of the above directions of Hon’ble Minister of Health, Punjab, strict disciplinary action shall be taken against the responsible.
- Further, necessary action may be taken accordingly.
مجھے ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ میں مذکورہ موضوع کو رجوع کروں اور یہ بھی بتادوں کہ محترم وزیر صحت پنجاب کے دفتر سے ، پنجاب کے سرکاری شعبوں کے اسپتالوں میں ریٹائرڈ سرکاری ملازمین کو اپنا طبی علاج کروانے میں درپیش مشکلات کے بارے میں شکایات موصول ہوئی ہیں۔ مجاز اتھارٹی نے سنجیدہ تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے اور سرکاری ملازمت کے غیر سرکاری ملازمین کو ان کی بیماریوں کا طبی علاج کروانے کے لئے سرکاری یا سرکاری ملازمین کو گزٹ یا غیر تحریری سہولت فراہم کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔
I: مجھے مزید یہ درخواست کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ تمام ریٹائرڈ سرکاری ملازمین جنہوں نے جوش اور ولولہ سے ملک کی خدمت کی ہے ، انہیں ترجیحی بنیادوں پر علاج معالجے کی سہولیات فراہم کی جاسکتی ہیں۔ مزید برآں ، یہ ریٹائرڈ سرکاری ملازمین کو ان کے حقدار کے مطابق ہسپتال کی فارمیسیوں سے دستیاب دوائیوں کی مفت فراہمی کی جاسکتی ہے۔ محترم وزیر صحت پنجاب کی مذکورہ بالا ہدایات کی کسی بھی شکایت / عدم تعمیل کی صورت میں ذمہ داروں کے خلاف سخت تادیبی کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
مزید ، اس کے مطابق ضروری کارروائی کی جاسکتی ہے۔
