Instructions for Issuing School Leaving Certificate for Students Promoted to Next Higher Class | Government of the Punjab School Education Department | June 26, 2020
I am directed to refer your note for Secretary dated 22-06-2020 on the subject cited above and to state that according to Section 12-D of the Punjab Private Educational Institutions (promotion and Regulations) Ordinance, 1984, the registering authority may, from the time to time, issue such directions or instructions to the Incharge as may be necessary to accomplish the objectives of the Ordinance, and the Incharge shall comply with such directions or instructions within the time specified by the registering Authority.
I am further directed to state that, DEAs for public schools and DRAs for Private schools need no further direction regarding dues clearance of previous academic year of students and school leaving certificate, etc. As the government has already issued instructions for the promotion of students to the next higher class which needs to be implemented by concerned in letter and spirit.
مجھے ہدایت دی گئی ہے کہ مذکورہ بالا موضوع پر سکریٹری کے لئے مورخہ 22-06-22020 کو آپ کا نوٹ بھیجیں اور یہ بتائیں کہ پنجاب نجی تعلیمی اداروں (پروموشن اور ریگولیشنز) آرڈیننس 1984 کے سیکشن 12-D کے مطابق ، اندراج کنندہ اتھارٹی ، وقتا فوقتا ، انچارج کو اس طرح کی ہدایات یا ہدایات جاری کریں جیسا کہ آرڈیننس کے مقاصد کو حاصل کرنے کے لئے ضروری ہو ، اور انچارج رجسٹرنگ اتھارٹی کے ذریعہ مقرر کردہ وقت کے اندر اس طرح کی ہدایات یا ہدایات پر عمل کرے گا۔
مجھے مزید یہ بیان کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ ، سرکاری اسکولوں کے لئے ڈی ای اے اور نجی اسکولوں کے لئے ڈی آر اے کو طلباء کے پچھلے تعلیمی سال اور اسکول چھوڑنے کے سرٹیفکیٹ وغیرہ کے واجبات کی منظوری کے بارے میں مزید ہدایت کی ضرورت نہیں ہے ، کیونکہ حکومت نے پہلے ہی طلباء کی ترغیب کے لئے ہدایات جاری کردی ہیں۔ اگلے اعلی طبقے کو متعلقہ خط اور روح کے ذریعہ نافذ کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
