In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 14-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, Competent Authority is pleased to confer the magisterial powers of Special Magistrate (1st Class) to the following officers by designation. with immediate effect, for the purpose of carrying out raids, conducting trials of offences and other ancillary matters relating to price control/ hoarding prevention, forests, mines and minerals, food adulteration, food safety. encroachments on public lands and lands owned by the Government, canal and drainage, dangerous driving and violation of route permits, safely and design of buildings, land use and municipal services under any Provincial/Federal Low in vogue:
- All Deputy Commissioners in the Punjab Province
- All Additional Deputy Commissioners (General)
- All Additional Deputy Commissioners (Revenue)
- Al Additional Deputy Commissioners (MP)
- All Additional Deputy Commissioners (HQ) of Divisional headquarters
- Al Assistant Commissioners in the Punjab Province
ضابطہ فوجداری ضابطہ 1898 کے سیکشن 14-A کے تحت حاصل کردہ اختیارات کے استعمال میں ، مجاز اتھارٹی خوشی ہوئی ہے کہ خصوصی مجسٹریٹ (پہلی جماعت) کے مجسٹری اختیارات عہدہ کے ذریعہ مندرجہ ذیل افسران کو دیئے جائیں۔ چھاپہ مار کارروائیوں ، قیمتوں پر قابو پانے / ذخیرہ اندوزی سے بچاؤ ، جنگلات ، کانوں اور معدنیات ، خوراک میں ملاوٹ ، کھانے کی حفاظت سے متعلق جرائم اور دیگر ذیلی معاملات سے متعلق چھاپہ مار کارروائی کے مقصد کے ساتھ۔ کسی بھی صوبائی / فیڈرل لو کے تحت سرکاری اراضی اور زمینوں ، حکومت کی ملکیت ، نہر اور نکاسی آب ، خطرناک ڈرائیونگ اور روٹ پرمٹ کی خلاف ورزی ، محفوظ طریقے سے اور عمارتوں کا ڈیزائن ، زمینی استعمال اور میونسپلٹی خدمات پر تجاوزات۔
