Whereas it is to fix minimum purchase price of sugarcane in the exercise of powers under Section 16(i) of the Punjab Sugar Factories Control Act, 1950 read with Rule 13(3) of the Punjab Sugar Factories Control Rules, 1950.

2. Now therefore in exercise of the aforesaid powers, the minimum purchase price of sugarcane at the factory rate as well as at the Can Purchase Centers, for the crushing season 2020-2021 is fixed at Rs. 200/- per 40 kg.

جبکہ پنجاب شوگر فیکٹریز کنٹرول ایکٹ 1950 کے سیکشن 16 (i) کے تحت اختیارات کے استعمال میں گنے کی کم سے کم قیمت خریدنا ہے جبکہ پنجاب شوگر فیکٹریز کنٹرول رولز 1950 کے رول 13 (3) کے ساتھ پڑھیں۔

لہذا اب مذکورہ بالا اختیارات کے استعمال میں ، کرشنگ سیزن کے لئے ، فیکٹری کی شرح کے ساتھ ساتھ کین خریداری مراکز پر گنے کی کم سے کم قیمت 2020۔2021 روپے مقرر کی گئی ہے۔ 200 / – فی 40 کلوگرام۔
